Restaurant Review: Marmo, Bristol
Marmo is an owner-run restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Bristol. Marmo serves a concise menu of British-Mediterranean small plates, inspired by seasonal and local ingredients. Their organic wine list showcases European producers who use minimal or no chemical intervention in the winery.
At Communal tables are at the heart of the restaurant. In a season when social distancing has been the norm, I found it refreshing to gather with strangers.
I start with a local sourdough bread and salty French butter.
Burrata chickpea and date salad.
