I am glad you are here. I must say, life looks vastly different here in a tiny hamlet in the heart of England than it did in the suburbs of Tennessee. And that’s ok. In the years since moving overseas, my daily rhythms have shifted from four seasons to noticing when the snowdrops emerge and the rosehips ripen, when the swallows return and the harvest begin.

Time slows down.

So my lovely new friend — take a deep breath, grab a cuppa and tuck into these words.

It is in this space where I share musing and ongoings of a quiet life observed set in the English Countryside. And always a recipe from my farm cottage kitchen.
